Why UDL exists

UDL didn't start as a sourcing company. It started in 2023 with me reselling on Facebook Marketplace — always upfront with buyers about exactly what they were getting.

That's where I learned the part of this business that actually matters: talking to real customers, building trust, and keeping track of what people actually wanted — not just moving stock.

From there I took it further — a market stall at Carrara Markets. Six months of straight grinding: showing up, building stock, building a community, face to face with customers every week.
At the same time I started posting on Instagram — slowly turning that into something real. Consistent content, a few videos that took off, and an audience that grew to 5,000 followers organically, no shortcuts.

Eventually I left the markets behind and moved into full e-commerce, selling stock I'd bring in for customers myself.

But the more orders I filled, the more obvious the real problem became: people didn't just want what I happened to have in stock — they wanted to ask for whatever they actually wanted, and have someone they trusted go and get it properly. That shift — from "here's what I've got" to "tell me what you need" — is the entire reason UDL exists today.
Now I want to help other people do the same.
Everything I've learned — from selling on Facebook Marketplace, being at markets every weekend from 7am, building an audience, running an e-commerce store, sourcing products, and fulfilling hundreds of orders — came from trial, error, and figuring it out myself.
I know how hard it is to get started when you don't know where to source products, who to trust, or how to actually make sales. That's why I'm building more than just a sourcing company. I want to teach people the exact systems, processes, and mindset that helped me build UDL, so they can create their own income, start their own business, and avoid the mistakes I made along the way.
Whether you're trying to make your first $500 or build a full-time business, my goal is simple: give you the tools, guidance, and support to make it happen.
